Dileep Korah, B.Sc, B.Ed, ND
I was born and brought up in Belleville, Ontario and my cultural roots come from India. India is home to one of the oldest forms of natural healthcare in the world, Ayurvedic medicine. This ancient tradition contributed to my desire to pursue a career in natural medicine.
I graduated from Queen's University with an honours BSc in Life Science, and then obtained my BEd from the University of Ottawa. My subsequent teaching career took me to South America and the Caribbean where I taught high school math, science, and physical education. These years abroad furthered my interest in natural medicine so I returned to Canada and completed my doctorate in naturopathic medicine at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto.
It is my goal as a naturopathic doctor to help people obtain optimum health. This is achieved by identifying the underlying cause of illness or lack of optimal well-being, formulating an individualized treatment plan, and working with my patients to maximize their health, vitality, and quality of life.
